What is Transformational Coaching and what can it do for You?
Life coaching is an opportunity to work with a professional who will help you to achieve your goals and desires through a partnership of trust, communication, and self-realization. Most life coaching is goal and action-oriented with the intention to achieve a specific outcome. Transformational coaching is different than goal-oriented coaching in that it is more about "soul" oriented coaching.
A transformation is a shift from one state of being to another. It is about working with the layers underneath a person's experience. We learn to recognize old patterns and beliefs systems that have held us hostage from seeing a new perspective and making the change that comes from within. And this is the true change that can shift everything!
I believe that, at our core, we are already perfect, whole, and complete and that we have all the answers and resources within us to become the self-actualized human that we know we can be. It is not so much a matter of what we need to learn, do, or become. Rather it is a process of recognizing our true, fabulous nature, of releasing old stories that keep us tied to our past, and consciously learning to reclaim our own lives, to create our own story, and to live from a place of authenticity.
I believe that every challenge in our lives in an opportunity for growth; and that every emotional trigger in our lives is a clue on the treasure hunt of discovering areas within us that are now coming to the surface to be recognized and healed. I call this "emotional alchemy". I can help you learn how to recognize these key opportunities, how to utilize them for diving deep into your soul, and provide you with the tools you need to transform them into the highest possibilities for transformation, healing, and growth.
I also believe that peace, joy, and creativity are our natural birthrights and direct us toward that which will align us with our true purpose and passion. Our children are their own unique beings. Many of these souls are not aware yet of their purpose here, but know that there is something else possible than what they see. They are very energy-sensitive. The young ones are highly creative in new ways. They are also known as "Indigo" or "Crystal" children. It is a great gift and honor to have such a child, but raising them can be challenging, as we must find new creative ways of supporting them in their life purpose while holding healthy boundaries for the highest development. This is my passion! I have raised three of my own and would love to assist parents of these amazing children learn new ways of interacting and understanding them.
