Ogden's Premier Massage Experience

This treatment is what I specialize in. I use a combination of modalities, including deep tissue, traditional Swedish massage, trigger point therapy, neuromuscular techniques. I also incorporate aromatherapy if you so desire. I  have the ability to connect to your body and energy fields using intuition to give you the greatest benefit. I will find and address every little knot and tense muscle and address them with just the right pressure and technique. You will walk away feeling  relaxed, connected, and healed.

This is for those who need real bodywork.  I design your session around your specific needs in that moment. If you are in pain and hurting, I may take most of the session and utilize deep tissue, neuromuscular, trigger point, and other therapies to pinpoint areas that need attention. With the time left over, I will address any other issues needed and/or make the rest of your body feel relaxed and wonderful.

This type of session will reset you from the inside out!  With an intuitive and lighter touch, combined with Reiki, essential oils, and energy work, you will feel like a new person!

Essential oils are a delightful addition and help attune your energetic frequency. The crystals may also be used to align your chakras and balance your subtle energy fields. 

If you are looking for the complete experience of body, mind, and soul healing, this is the session for you.  Utilizing intuitive massage, Reiki, essential oils, crystal alignment, and deep soul guidance, this session can assist you in releasing old patterns and blockages as well as open to new levels of light and balance. A minimum of a 90-minute session is suggested for this integrated work.
